• This is a complete web and app-based organization. Donation of Blood is to be done completely free of charge. We do not shoulder any burden if any donor asks for financial assistance from the blood recipient.
• Our goal is only to connect the two parties so both parties can be helped without any monetary transaction involved. We do not share any responsibilities if the parties have any arguments, social or legal issues. In that case, that would be their duty to sort it out without involving One Minute Help or any of the members of One Minute Help.
• Blood sample collection, testing the Blood for any diseases, and assessing the donor's health risks, which may result from donating Blood, are solely the responsibilities of the involved medical authorities. The Blood has to be collected with proper medical observation, and One Minute Help will not be responsible for any physical injuries, long-term issues, and transmission of diseases due to the transfer of Blood.
• One Minute Help is only an online portal which makes it easy for the donors and the recipients to contact each other. We are not a medical authority.
• One Minute Help has plenty of resources present on its website. Attempting to access those resources in manners which we do not permit is prohibited. Hence, using services such as automated data collection software, bots, or screen scraping is not allowed.
• Our platform houses a large number of users that is why the tools and the services present in One Minute Help are to be used in the most ethical manner possible. You agree that you will not share or upload any material that:

1. Is illegal under domestic and international laws, abusive, racist, sexually charged, inappropriate, and threatening.
2. Contains any sort of commercial advertisement.
3. Mimics impersonate or pretend to be any individuals of One Minute Help or any of the users.
